Terms & Conditions for Inbound Tours with Wovoyage Travel Pvt. Ltd.

Booking Process:

  • All tour and travel service bookings must be made through Wovoyage Pvt. Ltd..
  • A contract is created when we confirm your booking and receive your deposit.

Payment:

  • A 40% deposit of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
  • Balance payment must be completed 15 days before the tour begins.

Late Booking:

  • If you book within 15 days of the start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Special Bookings:

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking for peak seasons, festivals, and long weekends, including:
    • High Peak Season (20th Dec to 15th Jan)
    • Festival Periods (e.g., Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair)

  • Online Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
  • Offline Credit Card
  • Bank/Telex Transfer

Note:

  • A 5% bank charge will be applied to all credit/debit card payments.
  • All payments should be free of withholding tax or deductions.
  • Any bank charges for remittances will be borne by the payer.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing. The cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the cancellation notice.

No Show / Early Departure:

  • If the tour is canceled after it has started, any refunds will depend on recoverable amounts from the service providers.
  • No refund is available for unused services (e.g., accommodation, transportation, or meals).

Extra Usage of Vehicles:

  • Costs for extra vehicle usage beyond what is mentioned in the itinerary or outside regular transfer and sightseeing times are not included and must be paid separately.

Terms & Conditions for Domestic Tours with Wovoyage Travel Pvt. Ltd.

Booking:

  • On confirmation of booking, your contract is with Wovoyage Travel Pvt. Ltd.. A contract exists once we confirm your tour/travel services and receive the deposit.

Payment:

  • A minimum deposit of 40% of the total cost is required to confirm your booking.

Balance Payment:

  • The balance payment must be made 15 days prior to the start of the services.
  • For peak season bookings (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Diwali), full payment is required at the time of booking.

Mode of Payment:

  • All payments must be made in the name of Wovoyage Travel Pvt. Ltd.

Note:

  • A 5% surcharge is levied for payments made via credit/debit card.
  • All payments should be free of any withholding tax and bank charges.

Note: Special cancellation policies apply for festival periods and peak season (20th Dec to 15th Jan). No refunds are applicable during these times.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy outlined above.
  • Refunds may take 2-4 weeks due to banking procedures, and any applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
